Volatilty Means Opportunity. (if you know how to play it)

The Dow hit new 52 week highs on July 24th – but it’s down a bit now.

Home Depot (HD) came out with decent earnings.. and it spiked up.

Plus, more and more bad news coming out of China

And in the US we’ve got a famous short seller placing a $1.6 billion short on the S&P.

All of this “noise” creates volatility.

And as I always say, when volatility goes up, options prices go up…

For options BUYERS… this might present a problem.

But if you know how to become an options SELLER, a whole new world opens up.

Because you can start viewing every options chain as a “menu” of prices that people will pay you to sell them that option.
