As the shortened trading week comes to an end, I’m taking a look at where the major indexes are so I can create a game plan and prepare my portfolio for next week.

When we’re in a real bull market, the index will be above all of its major trend points. And while the Dow is above its major trend points, ideally, you want to see those trend points spaced out and not clustered together as they are now. This indicates that we’re in a sideways trend.
