Hey Traders,
This is a phenomenal market to trade right now.
But more than anything, what matters — especially now — is focus.
Whenever I think about focus, I think of the movie Papillon.

If you’ve never seen it, it’s a classic.
Steve McQueen (seen above) plays “Pap,” a guy locked up in a brutal jungle prison for cracking safes, and Dustin Hoffman plays Louis, a forger.
They both get dumped in this nightmare of a French penal colony, and Pap keeps trying to escape.
Over and over. Until finally, the guards have had enough and banish him to an isolated island — one nobody’s ever escaped from.
That’s where things get interesting.
Hoffman’s character gives up. He starts tending a garden, raising pigs, and basically checks out mentally.
But McQueen’s character? He refuses to quit. Every day, he sits up on a cliff, watching the waves crash against the rocks. Studying. Focusing.
Eventually, he figures out that every seventh wave has the power to carry him out to sea.
And even though he might die trying — he still tries. Because he knows it’s his shot.
That kind of focus is exactly what can turn your trading around.
I’m not talking about focusing on everything. I’m talking about picking one stock. Just one. Get to know how it trades. Watch how it moves. Understand what makes it tick.
Then? Pick one strategy. Get good at it. Really good. Because when you master one thing, you start building the confidence to do more.
But you can’t do that if you’re constantly bouncing from strategy to strategy, system to system. That’s what the noise wants you to do — and most traders fall right into the trap.
Slow down. Tune out the noise.
Focus. Focus the way Pap did, where even after 14 years of torture and 2 years solitary confinement he never even thought about giving up.
The market is absolutely willing to make you as wealthy as you want to be — if you have the focus to earn it.
Trade well,
Jack Carter
P.S. June is here… fund managers are re-balancing their portfolios… and that means these stocks could be set to soar!
